Professional Development Portfolio Certification Statement
The CPE Activity Form for LN's [PDF] [Word Document] along with your renewal form will only have to be submitted to the Board of Dietetic Practice when you complete your five-year recertification cycle. A limited number of individuals will be audited and will be required to submit copies of certificates of attendance. The reporting period for licensure renewal is June 1 through May 31.
The rules state that licensed nutritionists should present proof of having completed at least 75 hours in a five-year recertification cycle.
